Terms of service.
The agreement between your clinic and dermnora when you use the workspace or subscribe to a plan.
1. Who we are and what this covers
dermnora is a clinic operations workspace provided by Hypebrand Private Limited (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to anyone who creates a workspace, joins a clinic team or pays for a subscription at https://dermnora.com. By using dermnora you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the cancellation and refund policy. If you accept on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Accounts and clinic access
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for the people you invite. Roles decide what each member can do. A clinic owner may revoke a member at any time, and revoked members lose access to clinic records and private links. Staff records held in the HR workspace do not by themselves grant application access.
3. The service
dermnora helps clinics organise patients, appointments, enquiries, invoices, messaging, marketing, finance summaries and staff administration, with assistance from Nora and specialist assistants. Assistants prepare drafts and summaries from the records your clinic enters; they do not make clinical decisions, give medical advice, send patient messages or publish content without a permitted team member’s approval. Optional services such as WhatsApp delivery, email reports, AI drafting and Google Business Profile are activated separately and depend on third-party providers and their approvals.
4. Your responsibilities
You decide which records to store and are responsible for their accuracy, for obtaining any consent required from patients and staff, and for complying with laws that apply to your clinic, including healthcare, advertising and data-protection law. You must not use dermnora to send unsolicited messages, to store information you have no right to hold, to attempt to access another clinic’s workspace, or to interfere with the service.
5. Subscriptions, pricing and payment
The free workspace can be used during setup without payment. Automated delivery and other paid features require the Growth subscription described on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance in Indian rupees for each monthly or yearly period through Razorpay, our payment partner. The exact total, including any applicable GST, is shown before you authorise payment. Paid access begins once the payment is captured and verified. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless renewal is cancelled in Settings → Plan & billing before the renewal date. Prices may change for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email to the clinic owner.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund situations and timelines are set out in the cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Your data
Your clinic owns the records it enters. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Clinic administrators can export patient and invoice lists at any time. We keep clinic data isolated per workspace and enforce role permissions on the server.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep dermnora available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces a paid feature during a period you have paid for, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of the unused part of that period.
9. Liability
dermnora supports administration; it is not a medical device and does not replace professional judgement. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service in a twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid for that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if payment fails after notice, or if required by law or a provider. You may stop using the service at any time. After a workspace is closed, data is retained and deleted as described in the privacy policy.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms go to the details on our contact page. We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
