How this dermnora pilot handles workspace and patient information.

What the workspace stores

Clinic details, team membership, patient contact information and communication preferences, appointment records, operational notes, invoices, recorded payments and campaign drafts are stored for clinic operations. Your clinic controls the records it enters and who it invites.

Who can access it

Staff must sign in securely and have an active membership in the selected clinic. Roles limit available actions. Patient pages use private, expiring links created by clinic staff. Anyone holding such a link can open the information it covers until it expires or is revoked; do not forward it.

Messages and optional services

WhatsApp, AI-assisted writing and report email require separate activation. Marketing drafts sent to the optional writing service contain the clinic facts and topic supplied for that draft. Avoid adding patient information to a marketing topic. Messages and report emails are sent only after the clinic’s relevant connections and workflows are configured.

Browser storage

dermnora remembers the selected clinic on your device. Sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Patient and payment records are stored in the clinic database, not kept in browser-local storage.

Corrections, access and removal

Patients should contact their clinic using the clinic contact details shown on their private page. Clinic administrators can correct operational records and export patient and invoice lists. Retention periods, deletion handling, hosting terms and the platform operator’s contact details must be finalised in the release documentation before accepting live patient records.

Payments

Payments and refunds recorded against patient invoices describe transactions completed elsewhere. Those records do not charge a patient or execute a refund.

The clinic’s dermnora subscription is separate. When activated, its checkout is handled by Razorpay. The clinic owner’s email, clinic name and subscription reference are shared to complete checkout. dermnora stores payment references, amounts and subscription status; card details and payment OTPs are entered with the payment provider, not stored by dermnora. Payment confirmation is verified on the server.
