How billing works
Prices are in Indian rupees and apply per clinic workspace. Applicable GST is shown in the total before you authorise payment. Payment is collected in advance for each period by Razorpay using cards, UPI or net banking as supported for the amount; card details are entered with Razorpay, never stored by dermnora. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled any time from Settings → Plan & billing. See the cancellation and refund policy.
Usage charged by providers
WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta, email volume beyond the included reports and any paid image generation are billed by those providers or shown to you before activation. dermnora does not add a margin to your clinic’s patient payments, which stay between you and your patients.
