What we do

Clinics run on small teams and long days. dermnora gives them an operations team that never loses a thread: Nora coordinates Marketing, Admin, Finance and HR assistants so patients are followed up, bookings are reminded, invoices are collected, reviews are answered and staff administration stays in order. Every action a patient could notice is approved by a permitted member of the clinic first.

How it works

The workspace holds the clinic’s records: patients, appointments, enquiries, invoices, messages, campaigns, staff and payroll. The assistants draft from those records and from the clinic’s own brand and approved templates. Delivery runs through the clinic’s own WhatsApp number, email sender and Google Business Profile, connected and authorised by the clinic. Numbers in reports come from recorded transactions, never from guesses.

Who we are

dermnora is built and operated by Hypebrand Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U74994PN2020PTC191280). We started with dermatology because the work between visits, from follow-ups to reviews to payments, decides whether a good clinic grows. The product is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription described on the pricing page.

Our commitments

• Clinical judgement stays with the clinician. Assistants handle administration.
• Clinic data is isolated per workspace and processed only to provide the service.
• No message, post or payment goes out without a permitted person’s approval or an explicitly activated automation.
