Email is the fastest route. Include your clinic name and, for billing questions, the payment reference from Settings → Plan & billing. We reply within 1 business day during support hours and within 2 business days otherwise.
Billing, cancellations and refunds
Renewal can be cancelled by the clinic owner inside the workspace. Refund requests follow the cancellation and refund policy.
Privacy and data requests
Clinic owners can request export or deletion of their workspace data, and patients should first contact their clinic as described in the privacy policy. Privacy grievances sent to the email above are acknowledged within 2 business days.
